Our Experience
Our team has over 25 years of experience in land use planning, development and site design, representing private landowners, developers, and businesses on a wide variety of planning applications and development projects.
Our Principal
LANDRISE INC. was founded by Michelle Doornbosch, BA in 2025 with the goal of helping clients move projects forward through practical planning, cost effective solutions and trusted advice.
In addition to professional planning consulting, Michelle also brings firsthand experience in acquiring, developing, constructing and managing residential developments. This unique combination of planning expertise and real-world development experience provides valuable insight beyond the planning process, including project feasibility, construction, financing, and long-term property management - offering clients a well-rounded perspective on the factors that contribute to a successful development.
